Infection Control Statement

During the COVID-19 outbreak, the Practice is following all government issued guidance in regards to infection control, including but not limited to, regular hand-washing among all staff, regular cleaning of all shared areas, reduction of numbers of patients/staff within the building and preventing walk-ins.

Infection prevention and control is the work an organisation does to identify potential risks for spreading infection between patients (and between patients and staff) and the measures it takes to reduce that risk. The Practice takes its responsibility to do this very seriously.

All staff within the Practice, no matter what their position, receive regular training in infection prevention and control and take responsibility for their own role in this.
